How do I pair a new helmet?
It's very simple. After receiving your NFC sticker, tap your smartphone to the tag. A web page will open to guide you through registration and pairing the tag to your medical profile.
How do I fill out the medical record?
Once registered, access your Dashboard. From there, you can enter the 'Medical Record' section and fill in all your data: blood type, allergies, conditions, emergency contacts, and more.
Where should I apply the NFC sticker?
Apply the sticker to the outside of the helmet, in an easily accessible and visible spot. Ensure the surface is clean and dry before application.
How do I read an S.O.S. Helmet tag?
No app is needed. Tap the top back of a smartphone (iPhone or Android) to the NFC sticker. Wait a moment and a notification will appear: tap it to open the biker's medical record in the browser.
Does NFC need to be active?
On most modern smartphones, the NFC reader is always active. If scanning doesn't work, check your phone's quick settings (usually with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth) to ensure the NFC icon is enabled.
